Ravn's life: a work in progress

So I just had to spend 3 hours of my life I'll never get back at the Dane County Job Center for "reemployment eligibility assessment" or some such nonsense. I did learn of some resources I wasn't aware of, but would have preferred to be home. It was quite obvious that some people weren't serious about being there, learn to at least fake it people.. c'mon.

Not sure how often I'll post here but getting 1st post out of the way. Aiyana (my 6 year old) went back to school today after her Spring break last week. Waking her up went decent considering she's been "sleeping in" until 7-7:30 every morning during the break. I'm really annoyed with the only girl her age at the bus stop, always bossing her around and just being pushy in general. I'm really getting discouraged with my job search. I had an interview last week for a job that would have been perfect, but that didn't pan out. I get to spend 3 hours at a re-hireability training or some such nonsense at the job center tomorrow. I'm thrilled about that. Life otherwise is decent. I started the C25K plan when it had warmed up, but winter came back so putting that on hold until it warms up again. C'mon spring, we're waiting!
